What each kind of work involves, how Riley approaches it, and what to decide before it starts.
Leading a multi-trade project
Riley performs the carpentry trades himself. Plumbing, electrical, insulation and HVAC are performed by the licensed tradespeople he uses, brought in at the best possible price and run on his schedule, with the rough-ins inspected before anything closes up.
Leading the Helm on Large Multi-Trade ProjectsLarge interdisciplinary projects fail on coordination, not on craft. Riley Frasch takes the helm: he owns the schedule, sequences every trade, keeps the decision log current, and stands accountable for the finished whole. He performs the carpentry himself, and for the trades he does not perform he has the guy. Hire him and relax, he'll take care of the rest.
