What this site collects

Only what is needed to answer you about a project: what you want built, roughly where the house is, what you wrote or said about it, any photographs you chose to attach, and a way to reach you. Nothing on this site requires an account, and there is no field here asking for anything a contractor would not need in order to reply.

What it does not do

• Your information is never sold, rented, or shared for anyone else's marketing.
• There are no advertising pixels or third-party trackers on these pages. No Google Fonts, no CDN, no analytics tag — every file this page loads comes from this domain.
• No cookie is set to follow you between sites.

Measurement

Any measurement is first-party only: how many people reached a page and how many finished the intake form, kept on this site's own infrastructure, not passed to an advertising network.

Photographs

Location metadata is stripped from every photograph before it is published.

Voice notes

If you describe a project by voice, the recording (and a transcript, if one is produced) is kept only to understand the project. Ask, and it is deleted.

Text messages

Text messages are sent only if you tick the consent box. Consent is not a condition of getting a reply, and replying STOP ends them.

Deletion

Write to riley.frasch@fraschconstruction.com or call 763-258-7577 and ask for your information to be deleted. You do not have to give a reason, and you do not have to have been a client.
