About
One license. One name on the work.
Riley Frasch works out of Rockford, MN, across 82 towns — Wright County and the home ring, the Lake Minnetonka belt, the west metro, Minneapolis and St. Paul.
He built his own house, and he runs the whole job
He built his own home from the ground up. When he leads a large, multi-trade project, he is running the same sequence he trusted with his own house: Riley walks the plumbing, electrical and mechanical rough-ins himself before the inspector comes. Decisions are logged so crews never stall, and one person is answerable for the whole project.
Riley's own hands are on the carpentry core of every job: demo, framing, millwork and trim, cabinets, tile, flooring, drywall and paint. For plumbing, electrical, insulation, doors and windows and the other licensed trades, he brings the people he uses — at the best possible price — and runs them on one schedule he holds himself.
Frasch Construction Corporation has one owner. Riley Frasch holds Minnesota Qualifying Builder license QB719285; the corporation holds Residential Building Contractor license BC721559. The name on the state record and the name on the job are the same.
Riley Frasch has 10+ years of experience in residential remodeling and building, and the company is licensed and insured.
Riley doesn't offer design services himself. He has close working relationships with a number of interior designers, and can bring one onto your project.
