Plumbing (coordinated)
Licensed plumbers from Riley's network for kitchens, bathrooms and basements, on his schedule.
Coordinated through Riley's trusted tradesPerformed by a licensed plumber from Riley's network under his schedule and the project's permits.
Moving a sink, adding a bath, converting a tub to a shower or roughing in a basement bathroom all involve licensed plumbing. Riley brings the plumber he uses, sequences the rough-in with framing and tile, and has it inspected before anything closes up.
What the work involves
- Fixture layout decided before demolition so supply and drain lines are run once
- Rough-in scheduled after framing, inspected before insulation and drywall
- Shower valves, curbless drains and tub fills set with the tile plan
- Basement bathrooms: ejector pits and venting handled by the licensed trade
- Final fixture set sequenced after tile and paint
Questions
- Does Riley do the plumbing himself?
- No. Plumbing is performed by a licensed plumber he coordinates, as Minnesota requires. He plans the layout with you and schedules the work so it happens once.
- Can a basement bathroom be added where there is no drain?
- Often, with an ejector system installed by the licensed plumber. Riley checks what the slab and the existing lines allow before you decide.
