Electrical (coordinated)
Licensed electricians from Riley's network, scheduled and inspected under his lead.
Coordinated through Riley's trusted tradesPerformed by licensed electricians from Riley's network under his schedule and the project's permits.
Electrical work on a remodel or new build — panels, circuits, recessed lighting, island power, bath fans — is performed by licensed electricians Riley has worked with, under the project's permits and his schedule. You deal with one person; the wiring is done by the people Minnesota law requires.
What the work involves
- Circuit and panel capacity reviewed before the kitchen or basement plan is final
- Rough-in wiring scheduled after framing and before insulation, inspected before drywall
- Recessed lighting, pendants, undercabinet and island receptacles laid out with the cabinet plan
- Bath fans, GFCI/AFCI protection and code clearances handled by the licensed trade
- Final trim-out sequenced with paint and cabinetry
Questions
- Does Riley do electrical work himself?
- No. Electrical work is performed by licensed electricians he coordinates. He plans it, schedules it and makes sure it is inspected before the walls close.
- Why route it through Riley instead of hiring an electrician myself?
- Sequencing. The electrician arrives when the framing is ready and leaves before insulation, and the lighting plan matches the cabinet plan because one person holds both.
